Details

The AWS-Jet cleaner is an automatic flow generator for energy-optimized cleaning of rainwater tanks and sewer storage compartments. A powerful pump with injector set generates a water-air mixture as a propellant and cleaning jet. The HST software HydroMatic is used for energy-efficient control of the cleaning process.

This fully automatic cleaning device ensures that contaminants are kept in suspension and deposits are dissolved. The suspended pollutants are transported away with the tank emptying. In addition, oxygenation reduces or delays digestion processes, which can reduce odor nuisance during longer storage times.

During the emptying of the reservoir, the jet is operated in interval or continuous operation according to predetermined switching points. In addition, the cleaning is supported by the executed pivoting movements.

By using the HydroMatic control software, the operating mode of the cleaning device can be individually adapted to the local operating conditions. Different basin geometries or installations such as columns or pipes often require an individual adjustment of the operating parameters.
